The Gibraltar Business Centre, based in two central Town locations, is a very useful asset for small businesses or individuals like myself who are trying to establish business in Gibraltar but cannot afford to pay for individual offices in Gibraltar.

For a modest monthly fee, one has the use of a desk, a telephone (if required), free internet access and all ancillary office facilities and rent and rates included in the cost. One can effectively bring a laptop and a mobile and start working.

The addition of a Boardroom which can seat 12 and with a screen to enable a teleconference meeting has also brought another important benefit. As President of the Gibraltar and Morocco Business Association, we hold our Board meetings there every fortnight and this has enabled us to develop faster than when we had to use ad hoc meeting places.
